1. Information we collect
Offer AI may collect information you enter into the app, including your name, contact details, city, target job title, resume summary, skills, education, work experience, languages, links, projects, certifications, achievements, interests, references, declaration text, uploaded resume PDFs, and optional profile photo.
If you sign in with Google, the app may receive your Google account identifier, email address, and basic profile information needed to create or access your account. Guest sessions can be used for limited app access.
The app may also collect technical and usage information such as device type, app version, crash logs, diagnostics, advertising identifiers where allowed, purchase status, subscription plan, and feature usage events.
2. How we use information
We use collected information to:
- Generate resumes, PDF files, cover letters, intro messages, skills, and summaries.
- Save, sync, and restore cloud resume drafts for signed-in users.
- Provide premium features, subscription status, token limits, and PDF import.
- Calculate ATS match score and show improvement suggestions.
- Create public resume links when you explicitly request sharing.
- Improve app reliability, detect crashes, understand feature usage, and prevent abuse.
- Show ads to free users and manage app monetization.
3. Third-party service providers
Offer AI relies on trusted third-party services to operate the app. These services may process information according to their own privacy policies:
- Google Sign-In for authentication.
- Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, and Remote Config for analytics, stability, and feature configuration.
- Google AdMob for advertising in the free app experience.
- Google Play Billing for premium purchases and subscription verification.
- Render for backend hosting.
- Neon Postgres for database hosting.
- OpenAI API for AI-assisted resume and document generation.
5. Data retention
Resume drafts and account data are stored while your account remains active or as needed to provide the app. Guest data may be stored locally on the device and may be limited by app behavior. Purchase and usage records may be kept where needed for billing, security, abuse prevention, analytics, and legal compliance.
6. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect app data, including authenticated API access for private cloud drafts and token-based public sharing. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices and deletion requests
You can choose not to sign in, use guest mode where available, avoid creating public links, and avoid entering optional information. You may request account or data deletion by contacting support from the email address associated with your account.
To request deletion, include the email used for Google sign-in and a short message saying that you want Offer AI account data deleted.
8. Children
Offer AI is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the app changes. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
